Welcome to Winn Parish Early Childhood Network!

From birth to age 5, a child’s brain develops more, and more rapidly, than at any other time in life.  Scientific research has proven that the quality of a child’s experiences in the first few years of life helps shape their brain development.  Our goal in the Winn Parish Early Childhood Network is to provide the most positive interactions in emotional and social development so that our children will have the most success with healthy experiences in life and with increased abilities to learn in school.
